This User Agreement is a placeholder summarizing the general relationship between a real estate agent and Ahentify. It does not constitute a binding agreement until replaced with reviewed legal copy.
Eligibility
Ahentify is intended for licensed real estate professionals and teams who wish to showcase their properties online.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to keep your account credentials secure and to promptly update your Bio and property information as it changes.
You agree not to misrepresent properties, credentials, or affiliations on your Public Bio.
Client Interactions
Booking requests, messages, and leads generated through Ahentify are between you and your prospective clients; Ahentify facilitates the connection but is not a party to any resulting transaction.
Suspension & Termination
Ahentify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
